Become an Employee Partner

Employees are more stressed than ever about their finances. It’s no secret that when your employees are stressed, it takes a toll on their professional life which affects your bottom line, in lost productivity and increased sick days. What are you doing to help empower them to successfully manage their money?

Enhance your employee benefits program and help your employees thrive… at zero cost to your bottom line.

By partnering with Oklahoma Central, you can provide the tools and information they need to alleviate money-related stress and make smart financial decisions. And, they’ll get the benefit of credit union membership for themselves and their families.

Give your employees...

The credit union advantage.

Credit unions are not-for-profit financial cooperatives that exist solely to serve their members. As an Employer Partner, your company can offer the benefits of an Oklahoma Central membership at no cost.

Peace of mind.

The money you keep at Oklahoma Central is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) up to $250,000 and an additional $250,000 per member provided by the Excess Share Insurance Corporation (ESI) – providing more safety and security than our competitors.

Convenience and service.

When you become an Employer Partner, we do all the work. At your request, we will participate in employee benefit fairs, new employee orientations and other events. We will assign a dedicated Member Financial Representative who will handle day-to-day matters with your employees.

What you (and your employees) get by becoming an Employer Partner:

  • Financial assistance, such as direct deposit and payroll deductions
  • Free educational financial workshops, such as:
    • Car Buying Made Easy
    • The Power of Positive Credit
    • Home Ownership
    • Achieving Your Financial Goals
  • One-on-one free financial counseling
  • Free informational materials, including payroll stuffers, financial education content on a variety of topics, etc.
